1. Order Cancellations

a. In-Store Orders

•Once an order is placed and prepared, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

•If there is an issue with the preparation or quality of your order, please inform our staff immediately for assistance.

b. Third-Party Delivery Orders

•For orders placed via third-party platforms like Zomato or Swiggy, cancellation requests must be made directly through the respective platform, as their policies govern cancellations.

•Rollsking is not responsible for cancellations or refunds initiated through these platforms.

2. Refunds

a. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

•Incorrect items delivered (e.g., wrong item or missing item).

•Quality issues reported immediately upon receipt of the order.

•Non-delivery of the order due to an error on our part.

b. Third-Party Delivery Refunds

•If the order was placed through Zomato or Swiggy, all refund requests must be directed to their customer support teams.

•Rollsking cannot process refunds for orders placed through these platforms, as payment and service terms are governed by them.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:

•Notify us immediately at info@rollsking.com or through the respective platform’s support feature.

•Retain the order as delivered until the issue is resolved.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

•Change of mind after the order has been prepared or dispatched.

•Delays or delivery issues caused by third-party platforms (Zomato/Swiggy).

•Items not consumed immediately, resulting in a decline in quality.
